Sound Warning: The Prokofiev (Mitropoulos) was copied from noisy 16-inch acetate discs which crunch in certain passages; the Schumann (Schelling) from an uncoated 12-inch aluminum disc which also has some background hiss. Only some of the noise has been removed. To take out more would have interfered with the musical tone and flow.
