"S/5545" and "S/5546" on sleeves, "R-01052" and "R-01053" on labels. No laminate strip down the back of the right side of the sleeve (an earlier pressing may exist with this present). Not reissued in other formats. Issued again in September 1978 - pressing variations, if any, unknown (this could in fact be the 1978 version).
