The New Zealand Suite was composed by Ron Goodwin, and recorded by Radio New Zealand for EMI Records (NZ) on October 27 & 28, 1983.
Cover photo is of Mitre Peak in the Milford Sounds.
This album enforces the long standing relationship between Ron Goodwin and the NZSO, and his gift to the NZ people - the NZ Suite.
Their collaboration on a previous album (Going Places - 1978) earned Ron a Gold Record. They toured together many times.
