The Beach Suite at the Oyster Bar in North Fremantle began on NYE 2007. DJ Regal flew in and alongside Micah, Fdel and myself
rocked the beach bar from one year to the next. Everyone had a great time, I was asked back & I've been there everyweekend since. Even Regal came back again and brought with him DJ Katch from the Resin Dogs, and it looks like they are both coming back again for this summer. Playing at Beach Suite is an experience like no other. Starting at midday and taking it beyond sunset you go through a range styles and moods to suit the patrons and the view. All the tracks here have had a sunset moment sometime during the year, and as the sunset is what most people come for I thought it would be a perfect starting point to compile the first release for the Beach Suite and also Suite Musique. Suite Musique is a collective of like minded musicians, producers and DJ's who you will find at the Beach Suite, but more importantly collaborating and working together with their music which will be available to download from the suite musique website. Although Suite Musique artists live all over Australia, and even overseas, they make it to Perth or each others places to work together, and when possible they are playing music at the Beach Suite on the weekend.
