Yeah You make full improv / full pop music - everything is made up on the spot, songs are composed as they are performed, all struggles negotiated at the point of production. Each rehearsal and live performance is documented, and as such they have a back catalogue of (literally) hundreds of songs, from which six have been cherry-picked for this, their very first release after a host of stellar live performances. Very pleased that the first (recorded) glimpse into their world will be via Good Food.
