Free promotional megamix style CD produced and given out to coincide with "Pharmacy: Obituary - In Loving Memory 2000-2009" (the last ever 'Pharmacy' party of KillRockStar Entertainment), which was held on Friday May 22nd, 2009 @ The Palace Theatre (former Metro), Melbourne. Limited to 500 copies, the first 250 people through the door received a copy, while the rest were distributed throughout the night.

Although simply printed with the Pharmacy logo over a black background, it is widely known as 'The Death Of Pharmacy' from various media releases before the event promoting the CD, and because it was played as the closing slot for the last 25 minutes of the event, hence the 'death'.

The mashup contains approximately 72 of the most memorable tracks and samples played over the 9 years that Pharmacy parties were held.
