Notes

This limited edition, silk-screened, hand-numbered EP features original songs by Philly underground dance bands Nicos Gun, The Downtown Club and Instamatic. Each track is remixed by Young Robots label chief DJ Apt One.

Nicos Gun's "Dirty Girl" is a Prince-esque 80s boogie gem, and DJ Apt One's remix (featuring Fools Gold's Sammy Bananas) takes a garage-esque flavor, with lush disco arrangements and live saxophone.

Instamatic's driving, dark synths propel "Invaders" into a dark, New Order ball of energy. DJ Apt One's remix adds a slow-building, progressive element. A late breakdown with an addictive countermelody and live percussion is reminiscent of a Todd Terje production

The Downtown Club's "Dance" has a moody, post-punk atmosphere reminiscent of ESG. DJ Apt One's remix is decidedly different from the original, with propulsive, Moroder-esque synths and LinnDrum.
