US promo edition. Front artwork closely resembles finished artwork, but black-and-white instead of colour and with additional "CD advance" information.

Some versions of this are found in a jewel case with a white tray; others have a black tray. It seems the white tray was the standard for the promo, but some copies may have been switched to a black tray at a later date.
