Madonna's first ever solo artist UK promotional release. No titles or artist information given on label just copyright info and large numbers 1 and 2 in serif font. SAM 251 pressed in run-out groove. White die-cut sleeve with gloss sticker which incorrectly gives the running time for 'Holiday' as 3:50 (edit version). Actually contains LP version which is 6:08. Extremely scarce due to anonymous nature of release.
