Analog modular synth solo comprovisations

These are my early works with this device, I came from free improvisation / sound research with saxophone and wanted to take a new approach with that. I think of this device mainly as a toolkit to build an infinity of differents instruments rather than an instrument as itself... My way of working with it is to compose and build a different instrument for each piece, to take time to learn how to use it then to improvise on it... so the compositional part is the reflexion on the instrument rather than on the music, which, once the instrument had been developped, I let freely flow in a free improvisation process.
