Added to this CD edition of The Song Of Singing are the previously unissued "Ballad II" and two tunes that represent the remainder of the output for this album's sessions. "Blues Connotation" was ultimately issued in the mid-seventies on Blue Note BNLA 472-2 and "Drone" on BLNA 882-2.
