Recorded on June 22, 1953 at WOR Studios, New York City.
All transfers from the original analog tape to digital were made at 24-bit resolution.
The original 12" LP issue of tracks #1-4 & 6 was Blue Note BLP 1505. The original 12" LP issue of tracks #5, 7 & 8 was BLP 1506; #1-6 originally issued on 10" LP 5028.
There are occasional drop outs that are on the master tapes. Tracks #7 & 8 were taken from second-generation masters.
These are mono recordings.
