"Evaculation" was recorded live at EVAC in London Ontario, on November 24th, 2010 by Matti Paquiz. The track features brief appearances by Kellen Couzens and Dave Cereghini.

Side B was mostly recorded at Nudes Studio 2 in the late winter/early spring of 2010, with the exception of "System Issues", "Interlude", and "It Sux When U Have 2 Use Hard Butter", recorded at Nudes Studio 3 and 4 in December 2010. The album was mixed and sequenced in December 2010.

Pete Lebel sings, speaks and strums on "Pete, Don't Turn On The Heat".

Andy Wells appears on "Period Blood".
