RBAN STEINMETZ (most people call him Urb) is Executive Director of the Family Enrichment Bureau, a unique kind of organization. Non-profit and inter-faith, its programs are developed in a different sort of way - by listening to people. And Urb has done his homework; nine years of marriage counseling, then five years of talking and listening to people in small groups.
