A Uyghur language nasheed titled 'The Martyrs'. The Uyghur or Uighur language (ئۇيغۇر تىلى), formerly known as Eastern Turki, is a Turkic language with 10 to 25 million speakers, spoken primarily by the ethnic Uyghurs, a mainly Muslim populated people in the Xinjiang Uyghur Autonomous Region of Western China. Their language is mostly written in the Arabic script.
