This is the "first run". 4st 7lb is listed as the last track on side A on the centre labels but is pressed at position B7. This fact was communicated to those who pre-ordered the album by email:
"Information regarding 'The Holy Bible' 20th Anniversary Edition: To improve and enhance audio quality, the song "4st 7lbs" has been moved to track 1 on side 2 of the LP. It was a last minute decision so those lucky people receiving the first run of 'Holy Bible' box sets will be getting a rare collectors edition where the tracklisting shows "4st 7lbs" as the last track on side 1 (as per the original 1994 vinyl cut)."

Track positions are listed sequentially on the front of the box, on the front cover of the LP gatefold sleeve and in the box set's insert showing the tracklist and trackpositions of each track on each piece of media. However, the incorrectly printed face label lists the tracks 1 to 6 for side A and 1 to 7 for side B.

The first 1000 copies of the 40 page booklet included were also signed by the band.
