Professional hedonist Lisa Carver's performance art group--although she would never deign to call it that--had a fluctuating membership of misfits who gave operatic performances featuring simulated sex and orgiastic revelry. An outlandish character on the performance scene, Carver is also the creator of Rollerderby magazine, and is a prolific, hip sex writer. This documentary begins with her youthful collaborations with the politically incorrect and utterly offensive troupe Psychodrama, continuing through Lisa's experiences with her touring group Suckdog. Interviews with Dame Darcy, Rachel Johnson, Bill Callahan, and Carver's ex-husband and former performance partner Jean-Louis Costes give a fascinating insider's perspective, and videos for "The Divorce Song," "Anatomically Correct," and "Mayonnaise Fistfucker" punctuate scenes from the Suckdog operas.
