A few variations of this release exist. Tan colored cardstock cover with black ink and a white silkscreened insert. White paper stock, with brown ink, tan screened insert. There are no differences with the vinyl in any of the aforementioned versions. No information found regarding variations being represses or simply different covers.

Some versions have address crossed out and a new one written in.
