3 recorded at C.P.I. Studios in Tampa, Florida on March of '96.

4, 6 to 10 recorded at Morrisound Studios in Tampa, Florida; 6 to 8 on April of '97 and 4, 9 & 10 on November of the same year.

11 to 16 recorded at a seedy rehearsal space in Northwest Miami with an 8-track and a boombox on December of '92. Tracks are taken from Cavity's first demo.
