Notes

Card outer sleeve with a black velvet finish and embossed metallic silver lettering. The disc is housed on an inner insert of thin card with a polystyrene stub (in the style of a Compaq plus sleeve.) Also enclosed is a ringtones insert and a Black Velvets sticker. A barcode sticker is found on the reverse of the sleeve.
