Review copy with press release (sellotaped to the inside of the cover on my copy). Cover and inner bag not assembled, just folded in half. Phonogram era "1" and "2" labels. Inner bag has black and white photo of Steve that doesn't appear on the standard issue (see image - sorry about the poor quality). Posters weren't sent out with review copies.
