Track 2 and 3 are re-sung tracks from the album "Framing Armageddon - Something Wicked Part 1" by Matthew Barlow who rejoined the band in late 2007.
All tracks were recorded in 2007, but the lead vocals were recorded in 2008.
The iTunes release includes a 4th track, "A Charge To Keep", also with Barlow's vocals.
