Notes

These are the "found" copies, consisting of the over-run vinyl stock. This release was limited to 69 hand-numbered copies on both black and grey colored vinyl. Each copy was issued in a xeroxed sleeve that was hand-numbered on the inside. This version is distinct from the version that also has a xeroxed cover, but contains an inverted cross with "Thunder and Lightning" written inside it and is numbered out of 66.
