I saw Tammany Hall NYC many times in the early 2000's. Matt and Steve even came to play a private set on the roof of the carriage house at the brownstone I was renting in NY at the time. Stephen had expressed many times his desire to switch to acting. They'd had a number of tracks included on Soundtracks including one on the 2nd Scrubs series soundtrack, as their song "Always on Sunday" had been featured by HBO in their series promo trailer in 2005, which is how I came across them. Matt and Steve did the soundtrack for the 2005 film "Into the Fire" (http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0383417/fullcredits?ref_=tt_ov_st_sm) and since then have switched to writing and producing for commercial purpose rather than perfoming.
