This is a bootleg possibly originating from China.

There are many flaws with this release:

the matrix has the wrong font and no Universal logos
mastering SID code is scratched out [between the layers, so DURING manufacture] and the mould SID code is quite rough
the Digipak tray has fallen out of the packaging [glue failure]
the text in the booklet is blurry
the booklet is folded inconsistently
the cardboard cover is separating [layers parting]
there's nowhere for the booklet to go, it just sits inside the cover
there are gaps between each of the songs
