Notes

Album delays meant that the record wasn't available for the launch, so this edition was created to sell to fans. Envelope contains a hand painted CDr of the album, a card Koolaid bookmark, a vivid yellow card with thanks and acknowledgements, a printed notice explaining this is a one-off release for the people at the Lexington album launch party and a postcard to return to the band to receive a complete finished album.
