Black xerox copy on light blue thick paper, wrapped around the tape (first edition?) in a plastic bag (same as "The Lewd the Mad and the Ugly" on the same label).
There is also a different cover version printed on pink paper (see pictures) which was also sold in a plastic bag. The tape has the same labels as the blue cover version.

Another edition (second?) comes in plastic case with slighty different cut sleeve (same as "The Lewd the Mad and the Ugly" on the same label).

Both cassette side labels haven't the same faces image on all copies, so the actual submission pics aren't the original to look for as there are no originals or first pressings, just manufactured different.
