Notes

Limited to 500 pieces in cardboard gatefold covers including a hand-screened patch.

The Final Show was shot in Brighton, England at the Westhill Community Hall on the 5th December 2009.

Due to severe technical issues with coding the DVD footage of the final European tour was not included in the DVD. The artwork was printed long before the decision was made to cut it. There is a section just for photographs and artwork as well--non-audio.

The Road is a Simon Lewis Production, 2010. US tour footage filmed March 2009. Final show footage filmed December 2009.
