Rarities compilation covering 1992–1995.

Tracks 1 and 10 originally appeared on a Saturnine single. Track 2 originally appeared on Rotating Tongues (Screamin' Fez) and was recorded in the Fall of 1992 for Ultimate Alternative Wavers at Audio Lab in Boise. Tracks 3 and 5 originally appeared on an Atlas/Face The Music single. Tracks 6 and 8 originally appeared on a K single. All of these tracks were recorded in the Fall of 1993 at Dub Narcotic in Olympia, Washington. Track 4 was supposed to appear on an anti-anti-gay initiative compilation in Washington, recorded January 1994 at Audio Lab, Boise. Track 9 originally appeared on Red Hot & Bothered featuring Caustic Resin, recorded at Audio Lab in Boise, mixed at John & Stu's in Seattle, January 1995. Track 7 was recorded live at Chicago Filmmaker in Summer of 1995.
