As part of its commitment to the art and music worlds, Glasgow artist Jim Lambie's Poetry Club has started a boutique record label to document some of the happenings in this most creative of cities. Volume One contains two 7"s, one of which documents a spoken-word performance by Sue Tompkins, ex-Life Without Buildings vocalist and now an internationally acclaimed performance artist. The other 7" is by emerging group Elara Caluna, a duo who combine spidery, reverb-soaked guitar and bass with duetting vocals.
