Notes
The printing company appears as 'G.L.'Sleeve Notes:
Dingle Spike is a crossroads somewhere in West Kerry which used to be a favourite venue for traditional dancing. Unfortunately the name of our band was not based on the above information — we only found out afterwards from a little man in a pub in County Kilburn.
The band consists of two Kerrymen, a Sligo man, a Dubliner and one from the 33rd county (Yorkshire).
Nicky Power was specially flown over by mail boat from Waterford to make coffee and help out on the flute and tin whistle. Very grateful are we for his competent assistance.
We enjoyed making this, our first record, and hope you feel the same way about listening to it.
